Credits are the medium of exchange on the goahead platform. One credit equals to one completed survey by one participant, given that this survey is a simple preference survey and that the targeting is large.
The more complex a survey is, the more credits it will require. The more niche the targeting needs to be, the more credits it will require.
You can expect a range of 1 to 5 credits for the most simple to the most complex survey. goahead will automatically update the required credits as you build your survey.

Do credits expire?
Any credits that are a part of a pay-as-you-go bundle do not expire. Unused credits that were acquired as part of a monthly plan do not roll over to the next month.
